Principals
Gene Kinsella, of New York, qualified as an Architect with a Degree in Architecture from the University College of Dublin in 1977 and conducted his own practice in Ireland until immigrating to the United States in 1984. He now heads Renco Construction Corporation, which designs and builds both custom and spec housing in New York City, Long Island, Connecticut, North and South Carolina.
Austin MacHale, winning Irish Rally driver (former Irish Rally Champion), who has thirty years of top-tier development experience. MacHale is managing director of Gary Aron homes, currently building a development in Ireland. He is also managing director of MacHale Plant Hire, Ltd., a civil engineering company, and MacHale Demolition Company, both located in Dublin.
Leonard Kinsella has been involved as a senior quantity surveyor on both public and private construction projects in Ireland over the past 40 years. He currently acts as a senior property consultant to Harcourt Architects, Dublin and is a director of a number of successful private property development projects in Ireland and the UK.

Patrick Kinsella, Senior Architect, is a senior associate with
Harcourt Architects, Dublin. He received his diploma in Architecture
from the Dublin Institute of Technology in 1973 and has extensive experience in commercial construction in Florida, specializing in community school and church projects.

Michael Carroll, Project Manager, qualified as a Civil Engineer in 1989 at the Bolton Street College of Technology, Dublin, and went to work as project manager on a wide range of projects, including public infrastructure and residential communities in Ireland and the western United States.
Arnold Palmer Design Company was founded in 1971 when golf legend Arnold Palmer joined forces with longtime friend, Ed Seay. The company's philosophy is simple: design great golf courses in great locations with minimal disruption to
